i had a rather nice weekend. worked friday and sunday but in between i went to chicago to attend the
i volunteered at the event last year while i was living in chicago and it was a grand time. this year, the weather was nicer though oddly chilly at times but the sunshine was fantastic and it was nice just to sit around amongst people, drink multiple beers, and listen to live music in the open air.
scott met up with me after my beer ticket selling duties were done. he was wearing a florida shirt and saw another dude wearing a different florida shirt and scott said he thought they should rub their floridas together. i don't know why i'm writing about that but for some reason i still find it funny.
